With a lightweight, ergonomic and fully adjustable design, you will be running in comfort. Secure clips for the handle keep you safely attached to your stroller. The wheel damper's purpose is to allow for turning motion of the front wheel and excellent steering ability from your core, while preventing "chasing" of the stroller direction. When not in use, StrollRunner® easily unclips from your waist, folds up or down, or can be removed by unclipping from the handle.
