Google Tag Manager helps manage website tags. VI. Do we collect information from minors?  

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.  

By using our website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or that you  are over the age of 18 and that you (and your use effects) consent for an individual that is under  age 18 or otherwise a minor to use of our website, whether or not under your direct supervision  at the time.  

We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or retain information or data from individuals who are  under eighteen (18) years or age, or market to individuals who are under age18. . If we learn that  PII from a user or users originates from someone that is under age 18 , we will take steps to  prevent that individual, or minor, from subsequent data entry in the future, including to  deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our  records.

VII. What are your privacy rights?  

In Short: You may ask us to review or change information.  

Where applicable law requires (and subject to any exceptions), you may have the right to request  StrollRunner, LLC to provide you with your PII or to delete your PII that is held by us. You may  also have the right to restrict or object to use or processing of your PII. We will respond in a  reasonable timely manner to requests made by you for access to such information. A. Account Information  

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate  your account, you can:  

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and  information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to  prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use  and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.  

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by  clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send. You will then be removed from the  marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you  service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to  respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.  

VIII. Controls for “Do Not Track” features.  

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to  have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no  uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.  As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that  automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online  tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a  revised version of this privacy notice. 

IX. Do California residents have unique rights?  

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you may be granted specific rights regarding  access to your personal information.  

In 2020, California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect. You may have rights  under the CCPA, including rights to ask us to disclose what PII we have about you and what we  do with that information, to ask us to delete your PII and not sell your PII, to be notified of the  type of PII we collect and what we do with that information. If  

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users  who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge,  information about categories of PII (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing  purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal  information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
