Returns and Refunds

Parts and materials are warranted for 90 days from the date of sale. Your concerns or your warranty claims must be made through our website at https://strollrunner.com. We will need the purchaser’s name (if the purchase is other than you,) the serial number of the StrollRunner™ and proof of purchase when contacting us about returning any product or parts of any product. This will help us look up the registration information. We don’t require registration in order to honor the Warranty, but we do need the information. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product or part. We will provide you with a shipping label and further information when we reply to your contact.
